Wed. 2/20: Taco Salad w/ leftover pork and Cilantro Lime Rice*
Thu. 2/21: Turkey burgers and sweet potato fries
Fri. 2/22: French bread deli sandwiches
Sat. 2/23: Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup
Sun. 2/24: Mediterranean Pork and couscous
Mon. 2/25: Lighter Three Cheese Mac w/ turkey ham*
Tue. 2/26: Chicken Puffs
Wed. 2/27: Frozen Lasagna
Thu. 2/28: Lime Chicken Fajitas
Fri. 3/1: (Turkey) Ham Fried Rice w/ stir fry veggies

*Street style pork tacos were more work than I'd originally thought in the end with the frying up of the corn tortillas, but they were REALLY good. There was a ton of meat left over for other meals. I'm not a fan of meat cooking all night long smells in my house, but it was a good recipe.
*Cilantro lime rice -yum! we all loved it. Will make again. Easy side.
*Three cheese mac was as yummy as any homemade mac and cheese that I've had. It's a Martha Food magazine recipe with plenty of broccoli in it and then I added turkey ham --I'll hang on to the recipe.
