Sat. 6/2: Veggie Lasagna -in freezer from last menu
Sun. 6/3: Caribbean Salad** w/ orange vinaigrette & sour dough toast
Mon. 6/4: Loaded nachos and Mango Quinoa Salad
Tue. 6/5: French bread deli sandwiches
Wed. 6/6: Chicken Azteca over corn muffins**
Thu. 6/7: Broccoli Grape Pasta Salad** w/ grilled chicken
Fri. 6/8: Veggie topped pizza -w/ dough in freezer from last menu
Sat. 6/9: Out to dinner w/ friends --kids' pizza @ party
Sun. 6/10: Balsamic glazed pork loin and veggies
Mon. 6/11: Black Bean Veggie Burgers**
Tue. 6/12: Chicken Puffs
Wed. 6/13: Yorkshire Pudding and smoothies
Thu. 6/14: Taquitos -in freezer from last menu
Fri. 6/15: Chicken Lo Mein
Sat. 6/16: Rotisserie chicken, rolls, fruit, salad

**Caribbean Salad was good --a great summer meal
**Broccoli grape salad --reminded me of Mormon potlucks. Loved it. Can't say the same for my 2 1/2 yo. He wouldn't touch it.
**Really liked the Chicken Azteca. It was super easy (crockpot), very filling, and good. We had it over cornbread with shredded cheese on top. There is enough leftover where it could be used for taco salad or something.
**Didn't get to try the black bean burgers. Will be putting it on the next menu.

We did, in fact, try the black bean burgers. I liked them, and the kids enjoyed half of one, but the husband was obviously not a huge fan.
