**Avocado pasta was really good fresh, but no so much the next day. **Tomato mozza salad = yum!
**Kalua pork was fantastic and will certainly be repeated. We used a shoulder roast instead of a butt roast because I halved the recipe and it worked well.
**The veggie lasagna was really good. I put shredded carrots into it, orange peppers, only half the mushrooms, and then spinach. I made the whole recipe but halved it into two 8x8 pans and then froze one for another day.
**Oatmeal cups were yummy. The recipe made 30 muffins/cups, so we've got plenty of leftovers in the freezer for on the go breakfasts.
**Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry was really good, but for some reason not very good as leftovers.
**Chicken Salad Curry Wraps were fantastic, but our two year old was less than thrilled. Five year old munched it down, though.
