Dinner Menu for 5/1 - 5/16

Tues. 5/1: Costco cheese pizza w/ toppings from home
Wed. 5/2: Pizza leftovers --add leftover ham!
Thur. 5/3: Tortellini w/ smoked sausage (add spinach)
Fri. 5/4: Shish Kabobs w/ teriyaki chicken/veggies and fruit
Sat. 5/5: Loaded Nachos and steamed green beans
Sun. 5/6: Turkey burgers and baked onion rings**
Mon. 5/7: Balsamic Glazed Pork LoinRosemary Bread, and gr. salad
Tues. 5/8: Swedish meatballs and rice w/ veggies
Wed. 5/9: Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos and veggies
Thur. 5/10: Loaded breakfast burritos
Fri. 5/11:Chicken Lo Mein
Sat. 5/12: Spinach Frittata** and fruit salad
Sun. 5/13: Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup and other Rosemary Bread
Mon. 5/14: Baked chicken fingers and baked sweet potatoes
Tues. 5/15: Pumpkin pancakes and smoothies

The baked onion rings were great -labor intensive, but worth repeating. The spinach frittata -meh- the kids did NOT like it.
