Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Ryan's recipe for Keto Fried Chicken
1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
1/2 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 egg
One bag crushed pork rinds (any flavor)
Add seasoned salt to pork rind crumbs to taste (may not be needed if you buy flavored)
Mix up first three ingredients. Dredge the chicken through the milk mixture then cover in pork rinds. Drop in hot oil. Flip and fry until cooked through.
