*Mini Chicken PotPies: I didn't get the pie crusts and didn't have individual baking dishes, so I ended up making a version I called Upside Down Chicken Pot Pies where I made biscuits and topped them with chicken and veggie gravy/sauce that would have gone in a pot pie.
*Slow Cooker Refried Beans: I loved them. They were so so so much better than canned. A definite repeat.
*Grilled Honey Lime Chicken: It was okay. Healthy and edible, but nothing to rave about.
*Pesto Chicken Salad: It was okay. I prefer my chicken salad, though.
*Wagon Wheel Beef Stew: we couldn't find wagon wheel pasta, so used spirals. It was really good and healthy and easy. That's a win. This would be a good repeat, especially in colder months.
