*Chicken Pot Pie Crumble -takes more time than I'd like, but it's good. We've had it again since, and it gets gobbled up.
*Vegetarian Quiche- I actually never got to this one. I'll need to try again.
*Japanese Ramen -You have to throw in whatever sounds good to you, but we liked it a lot. The homemade noodles take time, of course, but they were good. We will need to double the noodles for our family next time.
*Pureed Broccoli Soup - This had a good flavor if you like broccoli, but it was very watery. It wasn't filling at all.
*Pretzel Twists -the kids had fun making these with me, but they weren't any better tasting than any other recipe for the same thing. Good enough.
*Overnight Prep Steel Cut Oats -We actually had this again for Christmas morning. We like it. I used peaches for the fruit both times, but I can see that it's versatile. I also like the night before prep --but the long wait to bake it in the morning needs to be remembered. We will keep using this recipe.
