*Basil Spinach Soup -creamy with no cream! It was really good --something else good to make with zucchini! Very healthy.
*Turkey and bean chili --we've found a new family chili. It's not spicy hot, but it's flavorful and healthy. The kids gobbled it up.
*Smothered sweet pork burritos: I thought "Meh", but Husband liked them.
* Sweet Mustard Baked Chicken: great flavor, but I'm not a fan of eating a big hunk of chicken breast. I think I would cut them into strips next time? I dunno.
*Slim Potato Casserole: We liked it. Nice flavor--even the kids thought so.
*Autumn Chopped Salad: Right up my alley. Husband and I loved this pretty salad, and our oldest ate it with no problem, even with the feta cheese.
*Cream Cheese and pumpkin bread: Good sweet bread, but I think I was expecting more
*Applesauce Oat Muffins: made them twice and doubled the recipe both times. Yum! Loved these, and they were great go-to quick snacks and breakfasts.
