*The ratatouille was actually really good. The flavors melded so well that it didn't seem like you were eating zucchini. We should have it again --when it's not so hot outside. Great for fall. This recipe makes a lot.
*I never did find chicken apple sausage, and I didn't have coriander; nevertheless, this was a great meal. We used regular precooked turkey sausage. The flavors were different for us and really good. Definitely a remake. The kids even munched it down without much prompting.
