Tue. 10/2: Pasta Al Forno**
Wed. 10/3: Caribbean Salad
Thu. 10/4: Taco Salad
Fri. 10/5: Spinach Basil Pasta**
Sat. 10/6: Shepherd's Pie (in freezer)
Sun. 10/7: Soup and Appetizer Night -potluck
Mon. 10/8: Meatloaf and baked sweet potato
Tue. 10/9: Leftover beef and mango quesadillas and sweet potato/bean burritos
Wed. 10/10: Spinach Stuffed Shells (freeze half)
Thu. 10/11: Creamy Chicken Taquitos
Fri. 10/12: Grilled Cheese and tomato sandwiches
Sat. 10/13: Pork Roast, mashed potatoes, veggies -mis. dinner
Sun. 10/14: Italian Beef Sandwiches -company over
Mon. 10/15: Beans and Rice**
Tue. 10/16: Pumpkin pancakes and eggs

**Pasta Al Forno was good --your basic baked pasta
**Spinach Basil Pasta --good and healthy, but not nearly as easy to make as I wanted it to be. I think I'll try it again, but on waxed/parchment paper instead of the floured surface. Getting the noodles off the counter was a mess.

**Beans and Rice. This was a great vegetarian recipe from a friend. There are veggies in it, which I really appreciated. Good flavor.
