Wed. 7/11: Spinach Chicken and Pasta Salad w/ Teriyaki Vinaigrette**
Thu. 7/12: Yummy Sloppy Joes
Fri. 7/13: Spinach Stuffed Shells
Sat. 7/14: Grilled Rosemary Buttermilk Chicken** and grilled veggies
Sun. 7/15: Southwestern Stuffed Peppers (half of filling leftover in freezer)
Mon. 7/16: Wild Rice Chicken Supreme

**Loved the spinach chicken pasta salad and teriyaki vinaigrette! It makes a lot. Would be a great party food.
**Not a huge fan of the rosemary buttermilk chicken, but we don't have a grill. I'm sure that would have made a difference.
