**Kids loved the Hawaiian Haystacks. I liked them too. It was a fun change.
**The new chicken enchilada recipe was a little time intensive, but it was awesome. The kids devoured these as well. I used only one jalepeno and cut back the slightest on the chili pepper. I also just used the colby jack cheese we usually buy. We'll be having this again.
**Mini meatball sliders were really good. I don't know if the runny pesto we had made a big enough taste difference, so I might skip that step if we have these again since it was just one more step in an involved recipe.
